SADDLE UP/ TUESDAYS

This well-balanced class will work on biking skills & develop personal fitness goals. Ride through a series of hill + intervals + sprints challenging yourself every step of the way. Ideal for people of all levels of fitness

HIT/ THURSDAYS

High-intensity indoor ride that will burn calories & improve your overall fitness level. A challenge to riders of all levels. We will push through your goals and leave you feeling better about yourself and supporting others to achieve their very best.

NO NEED FOR JAVA / SUNDAY MORNINGS

This 1-hour class will get your engines started better than any cup of coffee. We'll climb, sprint and push your strength and endurance levels as we work our way through the indoor season. Every level of rider is welcome
